Lakeshore Softball Falls in the Quarterfinals

The Lakeshore softball team lost to Techumseh 5-1 Tuesday at Battle Creek in the Division 2 Quarterfinals.  The Lancers gave up a run in the 2nd, one in the 4th and 3 in the 6th.  Lakeshore ends the year 36-6.  Denny Dock was disappointed in the loss and he said the team could have won the game in the first inning.  They left runners at the corners after Techumseh's pitcher Rachel Maves struck out the side.
