Four arrested as domestic dispute call reveals meth lab

Four people were arrested overnight Monday on drug charges after county police were called to a domestic fight.  Officers from the Kosciusko County Sheriff Department and Silver Lake Police Department responded to the address of 9641 South County Farm Road Monday night at approximately 10:42 p.m. after a call for police was received regarding a family fight. 

Upon arrival, officers noted items associated with the production of methamphetamine and immediately called the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force to the scene.  Drug Task Force officers arrived and confirmed that there was an active methamphetamine lab in the residence. 

The following people were arrested by the Drug Task Force on the following preliminary charges:

Justin Forrest Vining, 28, of Warsaw, Tabitha Lynn Vining, 25, of Silver Lake, and Ronald Lee Bailey, 40, of Silver Lake, were all arrested on charges of manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, a Class B felony.  Vining and Vining were also charged with battery.   Each has a bond of $10,000.

A fourth person drove-up to the residence while police were arresting the above three suspects and was found to have an outstanding warrant.  Brian Jason Caudill, of 31, of Leesburg was arrested on a warrant for ephedrine-restriction or violation of sale.  His bond was set at $1,000.

The Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab team was also called to the location to secure and stabilize the methamphetamine lab.

The Kosciusko County Prosecutor's Office advises that the defendant's charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
