CARO, Mich. (AP) - Authorities say a 67-year-old Cass City man has been charged with 48 counts of criminal sexual conduct.
Russell H. Bills was arraigned Monday before Tuscola County Magistrate Steven J. Sattler and faces charges that include first- and third-degree criminal sexual conduct, and second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
The Bay City Times reports the incidents involved a single victim and occurred over a 6-year period beginning in 2003.
Bills remains jailed on $150,000 bond pending a Nov. 16 hearing.
Police did not know whether Bills had a lawyer.
