
If you are considered to be "High Risk" for H1N1, the Elkhart County Health Department is offering a free H1N1 walk-in clinic Tuesday, November 24th. It is from 2PM to 4PM at 608 Oakland Ave. in Elkhart.
The following CDC target groups will be eligible for the vaccine at this clinic: pregnant women, children 6 months through 35 months of age. Nasal vaccine will be available for children aged 2 years through 35 months if they are healthy.
If you want to get the seasonal flu shot, The Elkhart County Health Department will offer a walk-in clinic today.
It too is at 608 Oakland Ave, Elkhart. It is happening Wednesday, November 25, from 10:00-11:00 A.M., or until supplies run out. Cost for the vaccine is $21. The clinic will close when supplies run out. There is no charge for people with with Medicare Part B or Medicaid, but you must present your card at the time of vaccination.
