Police find meth during probation visit

Marshall County Probation Officers and the Indiana State Police say they found methamphetamine, and other illegal substances while checking the home of a woman already on probation.

Officers say they found nearly 30 grams of meth, plus marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the home of 36-year-old Scarlet Murray of Syracuse.

Two men were also in the house with Murray.  42-year-old Scott Landis of Warsaw and 43-year-old David Skaggs, who was living with Murray, were taken to the Kosciusko County Jail.

According to officers, Landis already had a warrant for his arrest.  Skaggs and Murray both face charges of possession and dealing methamphetamine.
