Kristina Lynch is the National Champion for Punt, Pass and Kick in the 10-11 year old girls division. Lynch won the local competition. Punted, passed and kicked through the regional event in Indianapolis in December and Saturday she won the National Title in Atlanta.
It came down to her final kick and Lynch booted the football 34 yards and won by a mere 3 feet. Her dad Greg, who was a Punt, Pass and Kick champion as a child, did his competition before a Bears game at Soldier Field years ago. He accompanied her to the event and said, "she had ice in her veins".
Kristina received a good luck package from the Indianapolis Colts. She will be recognized during the NFL game on FOX Saturday night as the Green Bay Packers take on the Atlanta Falcons.
Kristina is an 11 year old from Granger, IN. She is a 5th grader at St. Pius X.
