A popular summer festival is wrapping up, but this year's turnout wasn't what organizers had expected.
Some vendors say business was a little down this year at Rhapsody in Green, mostly due to the weather.
However, most agreed it was a fun weekend.
Vendor Bobbi Henry says, "It was good last year but it was better this year. Some things are good, some are bad. But with the economy, everyone has to penny pinch "
Frank Whitsel says, "The rain hurt this year. That's about it. But its been ok, pretty nice crowd"
The three day event ended Sunday and organizers say they're already planning for next year.
