"Calling all parents of awesome 4th graders!"

Fox is searching for their new class of 5th graders. Does your kid have what it takes to be a new cast member? If you are the parent of a smart, funny and outgoing 4th grader (who will be in 5th grade this fall) then we want to hear from you!

Fox 28 is holding a talent search on Saturday, June 2nd at Concord Mall in Elkhart, Indiana beginning at 12:00pm. Your child will be given the chance to audition in front of our judges for their shot at a guaranteed audition in front of the producers of the hit Fox show "Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader!".

Each child will be asked a series of 1st through 5th grade general education questions, along with showing our judges any special talents they may have to offer.

FOX 28's "Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader Talent Search" Rules:

1. No purchase necessary.

2. How the contest works:

A) FOX 28 will solicit viewers to submit pre-registration entries through email at the email address aysmarter@fox28.com. In order to be eligible to win, contestants must include their Name, Child's Name, Address, Telephone Number,and verify that their child will be entering the 5th grade for the 2007/2008 school year in their entry. Entry must also be sent from a valid email address.

B) Upon e-mail of pre-registration, viewers will automatically be sent a set of release forms and a registration ticket. All forms must be completed and submitted with registration ticket at time of check in at event.

C) All pre-registrations must be received no later than 11:59pm on May 30th, 2007.

3. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.

4. In the event of non-compliance, an alternative winner may be selected.

5. Winner's voice, name & likeness may be used for publicity purposes without further compensation.

6. Employees of WSJV and their families, its subsidiaries, divisions and related companies, its promotional agencies and all participating promotional partners are not eligible.

7. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Anyone receiving more than $600 in cash and/or prizes will receive a 1099 form from WSJV in January. Winners of prizes at that level must provide social security number to FOX 28 for tax purposes.

8. FOX 28 reserves the right to settle all disputes and to change and alter the details of the contest as circumstances merit.
