The FOX28 Golf Challenge is back!

    Indiana Thunder win 12U World Series

      Congratulations to the Indiana 12U softball team, Indiana Thunder!  They won the NSA World Series tonight in Crown Point over the Capitol City Chaos of Illinois.  Caitlin Traxler and Lauren Sandor were the pitching stars while Erin Coffel had 4 triples and 2 home runs in the tourney.  The kids are from Granger, Osceola, Bremen and Elkhart.  Awesome job!

    A week from Saturday, there is a big disc golf tournament coming to South Bend. It's called the Bacon Classic and organizers are using it to help fund improvements to the course in South Bend. The Doubles Tournament is August 2nd. It's only $40 for a team and you get 2 rounds of 18 holes. They'll start registration at 7:30 with tee time around 9 am.
