    Andy Williams agreed that it was a perfect storm for him Monday at the Boston Marathon. The Northridge Middle School health teacher ran a personal best at the Boston Marathon in 2:26:38. The effort was good for 60th place out of more than 36,000 runners. It was also the 2nd best time for an Indiana runner. In 2013, Williams was 68th.
