    Berrien County Sheriff's Office identifies 12-year-old from Niles Township killed in ATV accident

    The Berrien County Sheriff's office has released the name of a juvenile killed in an ATV accident in Niles Township. The victim is identified as 12-year-old Dawson Lee Eliason. The Sheriff's office says, "rescue workers responded to a unknown injury accident (Sunday) located in the 2300 block of Walton Road in Niles Township." Authorities say Eliason was riding a Yamaha Kodiak ATV on private property behind a home. More >>
