    The trial date for Purvi Patel has been pushed back a fifth time.The St. Joseph County Prosecutor's Office had their motion to add a charge of feticide approved by Judge Hurley on Tuesday. In response, Patel's defense motioned for a continuance to allow time to prepare for the new charges. That motion was granted, and on Friday the new trial was scheduled for Jan. 22.
