    A St. Joseph County judge ruled Wednesday that Henry Davis Jr. will face deposition in the lawsuit filed against him by four local police officers.South Bend Common Councilman Henry Davis Jr., currently on medical leave from the council after being arrested for OWI in July, is facing a suit from South Bend Police officers Brian Young and Steve Richmond, and St. Joseph County Metro Homicide officers Tim Corbett and Dave Wells.More >>

    Former South Bend Washington and Notre Dame star Skylar Diggins is the WNBA's Most Improved Player of the Year. The league announced Wednesday that the Tulsa Shock guard received 29 of a possible 38 votes from a panel of national and local sports writers and broadcasters.     Tyler Roahrig learns to walk before he runs

     Tyler Roahrig had an accident in practice at Anderson Speedway in April.  Doctors told him he wouldn't be able to walk until August.  Tuesday at his shop in Inwood, FOX 28 talked to him and saw the progress that he had made during the summer.  He hasn't been able to race, but the wreck hasn't taken away any of his enthusiasm or love for racing.

    Tyler Roahrig walking before he can run

     On April 25th, Tyler Roahrig had an accident no racer wants to experience.  We talked to him on May 7th when he was in the hospital and he told us he wouldn't be racing this year and he likely wouldn't be able to walk until August.  Tuesday he talked about the journey of getting back on his feet.  It's been a long summer not being able to race, but it hasn't taken away his love for being at the track or his desire to run in the future.
