8 oz. gator tail cut in bite size pieces rolled in Original Recipe Shore
Lunch.  Deep fried in non trans fat oil 2 minutes at 350.  Served with
cocktail sauce which is ketchup, horseradish and chili sauce blended
together.

Buffalo Burgers are from Warren Farms in Vandalia, Michigan.  Buffalo
patty is grilled approximately 4 minutes per side for internal
termperature of 140.  Served with lettuce, tomato, sliced pickles and
onions on a grilled bun from County Bakeshop in Roseland, IN.
