White Onions, thin julienned 1 Oz.
Celery sliced on bias, thin 2 Oz.
Shredded White Cabbage 8 Oz.
Green Apples julienned thin 2.5 Oz.
Carrots thin julienned .5 Oz
Raisins 1/4 Cup
Celery salt and white pepper to taste
Fresh Tarragon 1 Tsp.
Combine vinegar and sugar
Combine remaining ingredients mix thoroughly.
Season to taste.
Cover and refrigerate.
