
12 jumbo shrimp; peeled & cleaned
wood scewers
oil
bbq sauce (using round barn winery's vineyard red wine!)
heat grill, rub shrimp w/oil & BBQ sauce of your choice
2.5 minutes on each side & you're done!
Firecracker Slaw:
4 cups green & purple cabbage chopped
carrots chopped
red & green peppers chopped
onion chopped
pinch of chopped jalepenos
2 cups mayo
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1.5 oz bacon grease
salt & pepper to taste
toss all together & serve shrimp on top!
