Ingredients:
4 large baking potatoes
1 large sweet onion
Soft margarine/butter
Chili powder
Salt and pepper
Directions
Scrub potatos
Slice on an angle about every inch, but only 3/4 of way through.
Generously top with soft margarine/butter.
Sprinkle with chili powder, salt and pepper, to taste.
Layer onion slices across the top.
Seal firmly with heavy duty aluminum foil, seam side up.
Place on preheated grill (seam side up) on high for one hour or until potato is tender. Open packet and slide onto plate, capturing melted margarine and onions.
