Ingredients:
4 medium tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 (4 ounce) package of garlic and herb feta cheese crumbles
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium heat; lightly oil the grilling surface
Slice off the top of each tomato. Use spoon to hollow out the inside; reserve.
Sprinkle the cavity of tomato with salt and pepper.
Chop the reserved tomato insides, discarding liquid and seeds.
Lightly mix chopped tomato with feta cheese.
Fill each tomato evenly with the tomato and feta mixture.
Lightly brush the outside of the tomato with olive oil.
Place tomatos on preheated grill. Cook until tomatos are soft and skin is wrinkled and cheese is hot, about 15 minutes.
