A grand jury hands down indictment on a Mishawaka man who police say is responsible for the deaths of two young sisters.
Leroy Hoover, 56 is charged with a misdemeanor for driving under the influence.
Investigators say he had marijuana in his system when hit six year old Shianna and four year old Shayla Aston with his car.
Shayla died just one day after the May 7 accident, Shianna died seven weeks later.
