Tuesday is election day in St. Joseph and Porter counties. Voters will decide on a proposed regional transportation district. Several groups in Michiana want to make sure voters are equipped with information regarding the upcoming special election. The American Democracy Project and IUSB put together a public forum to share information about the election.
