"holiday punch"
- Ginger ale
-cranberry juice
-fresh cranberries
Mix equal parts Ginger ale and cranberry juice in pitcher with ice,
stir.  Float 1/2 cup washed cranberries in the pitcher

"Jack frost"
-4 oz pineapple juice
-3 oz OJ
-1 oz condensed milk
Mix all ingredients well with shaker and serve

"Pomola"
-1 oz lime juice
-5 oz cola
- slash of grenadine
Pour into ice filled highball glasses, garnish with a slice of lime.

"Coconut Kringle"
- 1 oz kahlua
- 1oz coconut rum
- 2 oz cream
Serve over ice in a rocks glass, can be served as a martini

"Black Velvet"
-Guinness
-Champaign
Pour equal parts of each into champagne glass, serve cold

"Poinsettia"
-4 oz Champaign
-1 1/2 oz cranberry juice
-1 oz cointreau
-fresh cranberries
Mix Champaign, juice, and Cointreau in Champaign glass, garnish each
glass by floating a few berries
