Ingredients
- 1 saucer of granulated sugar
- 1 saucer of water
- 32 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice or a quality brand orange juice
- 1 bottle of sparkling white wine or Asti Spumante Martini Rossi
- 1 Navel orange
Directions
Take a champagne flute and wet the rim with water. Dip the rim into the sugar and set
aside. Place 4 oz of orange juice into a champagne glass and add 4 oz of sparkling
wine or champagne. Peel the orange with a vegetable peeler or garnishing tool to get
long curly strips. Place a curly strip in the champagne flute and attach to the rim of the
glass. Enjoy
