1/3 cup (or more depending on size of crust) 1/3 less fat free cream cheese, softened
1 ½ tablespoons capers, drained
4 thin slices red onion, separated into rings
4 ounces cold smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Pizza Crust of choice (Naan Flatbreads, Ciabiatta, or thin pizza crust)
Brush grill with olive oil. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Brush pizza crust on both sides with olive oil. Place top of pizza crust down first, letting it brown and lightly char in spots. It will release from the grill when it is ready to be flipped. Flip to cook a few minutes on the other side.
Spread cream cheese evenly over crust. Arrange capers and onion slices over cheese. Top evenly with salmon. Grill an additional 5 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh dill.
