
4 Chicken Apple Sausages
4 Hoagie Rolls, sliced
Shredded Coleslaw Mix
Swiss Cheese
Olive Oil
For sauce, mix together:
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1-2 tablespoons chili powder
Hot Sauce to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Brush grill with olive oil. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Slice sausages lengthwise, but not all the way through. Grill until slightly charred and hot.
Place 1 slice Swiss cheese on opened Hoagie Roll. Place 1 open sausage on cheese. Top with shredded coleslaw mix and top with sauce mixture.
