Blvd. Abdul Alshahrani (age 19 of 1815 Park Place Elkhart In) was later arrested

for Public Intoxication. After being arrested Abdul was found to be in possession

of a Marijuana, Heroin and Paraphernalia.

who stated that at about 1955 hrs she observed a known subject shatter the $100

window of her 1998 Toyota Camry.

reported she was battered and strangled by her live in boyfriend, and father of her

Sentra, and took the couple`s one year old daughter.

Violations On 11-10-2010 at 0448 hrs. I was responding to a Robbery at 429 N. Main St.

The description of the suspect in the call notes advised was a white male wearing

blue jeans, shaved head and goatee. As I was traveling southwest on Baldwin St. I

observed a subject riding a black bike with a dark jacket, blue jeans with clothing

covering his face except his eyes in the 700 block of Baldwind St.

I attempted to stop the suspect but the suspect fled on his bike and on foot and was

later arrested. The suspect on the bike was Steven Chipman (Age 46).

Steven Chipman was arrested for Possession of Cocaine, Fleeing, Resisting Law

Enforcement and Chipman had 6 Elkhart City Warrants. Chipman was later found

not to be the robbery suspect.
