3/4 c. unsalted butter
2/3 c. white sugar
1 egg yolk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. butter pecan flavoring (found at E & S sales in Shipshewanna, IN)
1 egg white
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 c. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. white chocolate chips
Cream butter, sugar, and egg yolk together. Add flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and butter pecan flavoring. Mix the dough well and form into a ball. Press into the bottom of a jelly roll pan that is 10x15. Brush the dough with the egg white and sprinkle the pecans evenly over the dough. Next add the butterscotch chips (sprinkle evenly over the pecans), and the white chocolate chips (sprinkle evenly over the pecans and the butterscotch chips). Take your palm and press down slightly on top of the baking chips and pecans. Bake at 325 for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool and cut into bars.
