A 12-year-old Kosciusko County boy was sentenced to 30 years with 5 years suspended on Tuesday.
Paul Gingerich plead guilty in November to helping 15-year-old Colt Lundy kill his stepfather. The guilty plea is a part of a plea agreement Gingerich took.
A judge could sentence have sentenced Gingerich to up to 50 years.
