battered by another known female while at her apartment complex. Ms. House did
not require any medical attention for the injuries sustained during the altercation.

On 01/04/11 at 2:20 p.m. a subject was observed inside Menards 601 E Windsor
Ave attempting to remove a bar code from a package. The subject then paid for
items and after leaving it was found that he had removed a bar code from a lesser
priced item and placed it on a higher priced item. The difference in price is $ 35.50
and the case is under investigation.

Mr. Mario Martinez (51yrs) of 59216 CR7, Elkhart Indiana reports that he
ownes the property at 911 Monroe, Elkhart Indiana. Mr. Martinez said that he left
for vacation on 15 DEC 2010hrs., at around 1300hrs., and did not return until 05
JAN 2011, 1200hrs. Mr. Martinez said that sometime during this time, someone
forced open the rear (West) door, which caused $300.00 worth of damage to the
metal door. Mr. Martinez said that he also found that the heat was turned up, and
found several dry food produces thrown through out the home, and in the kitchen
sink.
