Ingredients:
3/4 lb cooked chicken breast skinless, boneless shredded
1/2 lb cream cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
3/4 cup Tabasco sauce or any favorite hot sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Cajun seasoning or crushed red pepper (optional)
3/4 ld shredded cheddar sharp or mild
1 lb of celery sticks
1 box variety crackers
1 jar bleu cheese dressing
In a sauce pan heat chicken, stir as heating , add cream cheese , stir as it melts and blends then add ranch dressing, hot sauce , Worcestershire and shredded cheese. Stir until mixed well, then just as its ready to simmer you can place in a crock pot to hold. Serve crackers and celery sticks on platter next to dip. You can have optional bowl of bleu cheese dressing for a second dip for celery.
