3/4cup Fresh Mushrooms - sliced
1/2cup Tomato - diced
1/4cup Green Onion - chopped
1/2cup Cheddar Cheese - shredded
4 slices Provolone
9 slices White Bread - toasted
1Tbsp Cilantro - finely diced
18 Whole Eggs
Salt & Pepper to Taste
In a square baking pan, place toasted bread on bottom, may need overlap. In saute pan, add butter, heat, then add vegetables and saute until tender. Spread vegetables over bread. Layer provolone over vegetables, then spread cheddar cheese. In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. Add seasonings. Add mixture and contents to baking pan.
Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
