4lbs. Porkloin Roast
1/2tsp. Salt
1/2tsp. Pepper
1/2tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2tsp. Onion Powder
4Tbsp. Dijon Mustard

Mix spices together.  Rub over porkloin.  Place on pan and roast in 400 degree oven for 5 minutes.  Remove from oven.  Brush roast with mustard.  Continue roasting in 325 degree oven for 45-60 minutes or until internal temperature is 155 degrees.
