Dr. Yount received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency in neurological surgery at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He also earned a Ph.D. in biophysics from Indiana University School of Medicine. Board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery, Dr. Yount has shared his expertise with other physicians via presentations and publications in the United States and Canada. His most recent lecture examined deep brain stimulation as it relates to the treatment of Parkinson's disease.
