On 7-26-2011 at 0745hrs I arrived at Adkins Custom Cabinets located at 1701 W
Franklin St in reference to a criminal mischief report. Upon my arrival I spoke
with Gene Adkins who stated that between the days of 07-25-2011 at 0930 hrs and
07-26-2011 at 0700 hrs an unknown subject cut the $20.00 power cord to a wood
planer located at the rear of his business.

Canton Street, Elkhart Indiana reported that someone had stolen his 2003 yellow
in color Yamaha 49cc Zuma, valued at $1200.00, from the front of his house.
Mr. Burdin said that an unknown brand bike lock and chain (valued at $5.00)
were also stolen.this happened sometime between 1130-1330hrs., on 26 JUL 2011.
