On 28 JUL 2011, at around 0815hrs., Ms. Dawn M. Snead (36yrs), of 615 West
Simonton Street, Elkhart Indiana reported that she, and her 17 year old son, were
involved in a verbal altercation. During this verbal altercation, her 17 year old son
picked up a kitchen stool, and had thrown it at her, striking her in her lower legs,
causing minor injures.

Blvd in reference a vandalism report. Upon my arrival I was met with the
manager, Cynthia K. Smith 52 years of age. She said 2 lock mechanisms from the
doors were damaged. It will cost $400 dollars to repair both locks.

for Red Box DVD rentals. He said that an unknown subject (s) broke the touch
screen on the unit. It will cost $700 dollars to repair.

unknown suspect(s) damaged his small truck window on the passenger side.
Damage was valued at $190.00. Also reported stolen was a Boss CD/DVD Player
$186, and 1000 Watt Lanzar Amp ($300) a Speaker box with 2 12 in Audio Bahn
subwoofers total value of $300.00.
