South Main St. between Ewing and Chippewa is closed to traffic while crews investigate a fire that broke out near Main Street and Annoyer.
The fire at the salvage yard of Indiana Auto Parts, started Friday afternoon. South Bend Fire Battalion Chief John Clothier told FOX28 News that several cars caught fire.
One employee was injured with minor burns to the arm. Crews are unsure of the cause for the fire at this time, but say they are investigating.
