A federal judge has issued an injunction in the transfer of the Family Dollar store from South Bend to St. Joseph's High School.
Americans United for Separation of Church and State sued the city over the deal. They say the deal violates the separation of church and state.
In his ruling granting an injunction, Judge Robert Miller writes the transfer would violate the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
