Amanda Tetlak joined the FOX 28 News team in June 2011. She's looking forward to winters that are mostly above zero degrees after spending four years in Bismarck, North Dakota,
Amanda may now be used to cold weather, but she grew up in sunny Florida. After graduation, Amanda worked as a writer for WFTV in Orlando before starting her on-air career in Bismarck.
In Bismarck, Amanda anchored the weekday nightly newscast and reported on politics, among other major events happening in western North Dakota. There, Amanda was part of an Emmy Award-Winning newscast and won an Eric Severeid award in public affairs reporting for KFYR-TV's series and documentary on Senator Byron Dorgan.
Amanda is now excited to explore Michiana and report the stories that matter to you. When Amanda is not working, she enjoys exercising, live music and spending time with friends.
