License Plate Light. The driver of the vehicle failed field sobriety tests and a
certified chemical test by testing .08.
Arrested for Operating While Intoxicated was 41 year old Philip Kyle 51766 E
Gatehouse Dr. South Bend, Indiana.

On 10/13/2011 at 6:40am 31yr old Trilana Young of Elkhart reported that her
apartment was burglarized by an unknown number of subjects between 2:30am
and 6:30am on 10/13/2011. A black RCA digital television converter box, an
unknown brand dvd player and a television antenna were stolen from the
apartment. Estimated value of stolen items is $105.00.

theft report. Upon my arrival I was met with Daniel E. Henderson Mcclain 20
years of age. He said that his GPS was stolen out of his vehicle. Its valued at
$100 dollars.

On 10-13-2011 at 1127 hours I arrested Bryan Spann (52 yoa / homeless) during a
theft in progress investigation. Spann was seen taking property from 510 south
Second Street at Lefever Plumbing. A total of $100.00 in property was taken and
recovered.

a Burglary in progress.
I arrived along with Cpl. Walsh. Cpl. Walsh with his K-9 partner and myself
checked the area and found no suspects. While outside I observed two window
screens had been damaged. I also met with the victim Mary Schertz (age 62).
Two west window screens were damaged but no entry was gained.
