6 Roma Tomatoes seeded, dice to desired size
1 tablespoon of fresh minced garlic
1 tablespoon of fresh minced basil
¼ cup of chardonnay
¼ cup of EVOO
½ lemon squeezed
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in bowl, cover and set in refrigerator for ½ hour. Spoon mixture onto sliced, lightly toasted bread of choice.
