Stuffed Baby Bella Mushrooms

Italian Sausage
½ pound It Sausage
¼ Italian Bread Crumbs
2 eggs beaten
1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese

Chipotle Chicken
1 pack of chipotle chicken sausage, remove casing
¼ Italian Bread Crumbs
2 eggs beaten
1 cup of your favorite cheese

Remove stem from the mushrooms, wash well, place on cookie sheet. For stuffing mix, add all ingredients and mix well. Add 1 ounce of mix per mushroom cap. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Cooking time may very per size of mushroom.
