With our "Preferred Customer Maintenance Program" you will receive yearly maintenance on your equipment, discounts on diagnostic and repairs, 24/7 emergency service. The best part is that this program fee can be deducted from your account monthly or paid all at once for the entire year. For example, a gas furnace with an air conditioning unit is $180 per year or $15 per month. We would come out for service twice a year, once to service your furnace in the fall and once in the spring to service your air conditioner.
