Probable Cause Affidavit for Rees

Tommy Rees, the Notre Dame football player charged with misdemeanors after police arrested him at a house party early Thursday morning, will be in court in two weeks.

On Friday, St. Joseph County courts scheduled his first hearing for May 17.
