Boat Sales up in Wawasee

The owners of Main Channel Marina at Lake Wawasee say things slowed down back in 2008 and 2009.

But they're seeing positive signs of growth again.

It seems people are opening up their wallets again to buy non-essential things like boats.

Which is exciting if you're in the boat-selling biz!

"It is. I mean after what we just went through wit probably the worst economic times, I've seen I think," said Main Channel Marina's John Stump. "I'm happy to see it."

So what's selling?

They're seeing an increase in pontoon and wake-boarding boats.
