Another district discussed it's schools and financial woes - Benton Harbor Area School District.
They held a town hall meeting Tuesday night.
Board members and the community discussed many issues facing their schools including finances and their efforts to restructure.
When Superintendent Leonard Seawood arrived 18 months ago, the district had a deficit close to 18 millions dollars.
Seawood spoke about the hard work since then to reduce it.
"This past 18 months we have done everything from restructuring our organization..everything from personnel to consolidating buildings..most importantly getting ready for students of the future," said Benton Harbor Schools Superintendent Leonard Seawood said,"
Seawood adds a good chunk of the deficit has been cut but there still is room for improvement for the upcoming school year.
