Two bicyclists are dead after they were hit by vehicle on CR-20 near the US-20 Bypass Thursday morning.
Police say 18-year-old David Anglemyer and 19-year-old Daniel Runion, both of Goshen, were riding east on County Road 20 around 5:50 a.m. when they were hit by the vehicle.
One of the riders died at the scene, the other was airlifted to an area hospital where he died.
Police say neither rider wore a helmet. Police say at least one of the bikes did have a flashing red light.
On Friday, police said their investigation showed the driver of the vehicle went left of center prior to the crash. They don't know why and are still investigating the accident. No citations were issued to the driver of the car at the scene.
The accident on County Road 20 was the second fatal bicycle crash of the morning.
