Police say Clark was found on a soaking wet bed with human flesh next to him on the floor.

Broadnax was booked for Aggravated Battery.

Reports show the couple had been in fights in the past.

Police say Broadnax later changed her story and said she was cooking and poured the water on Clark so she could safely leave the home.

Clark was take to the burn center in Fort Wayne for his injuries.  Broadnax is being held in the St. Joseph County Jail on $50,000 bond.
