The 17-year-old accused of a shooting back in May will be charged as an adult.  Henry Turner IV is accused of shooting two men on the 900 block of Western Avenue, near the Kroc Center.

Late last week a judge ruled that Turner could be charged as an adult.  He is now facing four charges.  They are two counts of Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Criminal Recklessness, and Carrying a Handgun Without a License.

Turner is currently being held in the St. Joseph County Jail.
