Crews are also working on Lafayette Boulevard in downtown South Bend.
They're putting in some pipes which meant a section was closed down today.
It might still be closed into Wednesday.
That section is between South Street and Sample Street.
A detour is posted.
Everything is expected to wrap up Wednesday---depending on the weather.
