Chelsey Nusbaum (Courtesy Elkhart Police)Two Elkhart residents are in custody after a drug raid by the Elkhart Police.
On Wednesday, the Elkhart Drug Unit found drug related paraphernalia and a stolen handgun at an apartment on the 1200 block of Midtown Ct.
In addition to the two suspects, police found three children living in the home. The three children were placed in the custody of a family member.
Two people were arrested. 24-year-old Hervey Clanton Jr. faces multiple charges including 2 counts of Dealing Cocaine, possession of Stolen Property, Serious Violent Felon in Possession of Handgun, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Neglect of Dependent. 24-year-old Chelsey Nusbaum is facing two charges: Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Neglect of Dependent.
