Coaches from all over the country are gathering at Notre Dame for the "Play Like a Champion" conference this weekend.
It's one of the largest gatherings in the country of youth and high school coaches, athletic directors and administrators.
It's a national program that some 20,000 coaches and 5,000 parents have gone through.
The conference focuses on how to teach kids to become great athletes but also great people.
Dr. Clark Power, of Play Like a Champion Today says, "One of the things that's happening that I think is really kind of interesting is we're now understanding that sports is a great way to build character and build moral responsibility."
Power says another big issue today is bullying. And they'll be delving into how to teach athletes to use their strength to champion vulnerable people not bully them.
